
What is involved in the sessions?
We get asked this question a lot and while our offering is marketing mentoring and coaching, we inevitably cross over into many other business areas such as sales, business strategy and revenue and concepts around personal development.
When we are going through change, we often need to explore our own behaviours and mindsets (personal goals, strengths and weaknesses, work/life balance) and the behaviours and mindsets of others (teams, suppliers, contractors, investors, board members).
In terms of marketing, we are experienced in the full gamut of marketing and communication activities and strategies – online and offline and can offer expertise and case studies in almost all areas.
Having worked in the marketing field for over 20 years, and having mentored large teams as well as many clients through the Purple Hat Group mentoring program over the last 7 years, we use all the knowledge, experience and resources we’ve gathered to provide you with the best possible outcomes for you and your business.
Where are the sessions held and what is involved?
Our sessions are held in person in our Moorabbin office or over video conferencing via Zoom. Before each mentoring program, we will have a complimentary discovery call to discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have and make sure we are the right fit for each other.
Please allow extra time for your first session and each session thereafter is 1 hour.
“Check-ins” are approx. 30 minutes.
Unlimited support includes support over email or phone for quick queries, questions or concerns throughout the designated period.
All clients will be asked to fill in a comprehensive questionnaire before your first session so we can hit the ground running!
