- Marketing report detailing findings and the agreed goals and objectives.
Stage Two: Strategy Development
A key (optional) outcome of the strategic review is the development of a marketing strategy based on the agreed business and marketing goals and objectives. This is an integrated roadmap of all communication, marketing and sales activities.

This is for clients who don’t have the resources in-house or are looking for a more cost-effective, focused and strategic marketing approach.
The Purple Hat Group will work with you to drive and execute your marketing and communications program either on a project or retainer basis.
Option 2 – Marketing Outsourcing
There are many benefits to outsourcing your marketing including access to highly strategic and skilled marketers and communication specialists at a fraction of the cost.
We have a number of outsourced marketing operations where our consultants are located on our client’s premises either in a part-time or full-time basis.
It is a strategic approach that can provide your business with a major competitive advantage. And because our consultants are completely independent and removed from any internal politics, it frees our clients up to focus on running their business.
We currently have outsourced marketing placements with clients in education and professional services.
Option 3 – Ongoing Mentoring & Advisory Service
This is for clients who want to keep up the momentum and stay on track with their progress with ongoing monthly support consisting of one meeting a month for an hour either face-to-face or over the phone, followed by further recommendations and action plans.
